PINTYPLUS TECH - PRIMER FOR PLASTICS

Obtain the best adhesion for your final finish by using this colourless, quick-drying Primer.  It is suitable for use on most plastics whether you have an indoor or outdoor surface to coat. 

Applications:

Plastic items such as:-

• Automotive parts. eg. bumpers and spoilers
• Furniture
• Hard suitcases
• Toys
• Models and more

Technical characteristics:

Performance: 400ml = 3-4 m2 depending on the support

Drying time:  surface dryi in 15 minutes
Repainted:  After 15 min

How to apply:

1.    Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of any contaminants before application.  Shake the can vigorously for 1 minute.

2.    Spray from a distance of 25-30 cm, applying thin and quick layers, first horizontally and then vertically.  It is advisable to spray two thin layers instead of one thick layer in order to obtain uniform coverage and avoid paint runs.  Before applying the final layer, ensure the item is secured in place to avoid handling it unnecessarily.

3.    Once the operation is complete, reverse the can and push the nozzle until only gas comes out in order to avoid blockage of the nozzle.

Do not use on devices connected to the power grid and apply in ventilated areas.

Tips:

For a coloured finish, repaint with PINTYPLUS AQUA, BASIC or EVOLUTION.  Before applying it is advisable to lightly sand the surface and clean it with a degreaser.
