It is not the first time we present a post in which we paint a chair with an aerosol spray , but it never ceases to amaze us how things change when a different colour is used. This is the case when we transform this old wooden chair.
It is not always necessary to sand the wood before painting, but it is when the wood has been varnished or previously painted; especially if it is in poor condition. It is a bit of a cumbersome process but well worth it. Any dust generated should be cleaned with a cloth, ideally with some alcohol, or water if you do not have anything else to hand. Let it dry and then cover the floor so as not to stain anything. Using the Yellow Pinty Plus EVOLUTION RAL 1007 Evolution always apply in thin layers and from top to bottom and then right to left, ie. cross layers.
Our Evolution range is really fast drying. So in just 15 minutes the chair can be handled. To finish we added some varnish for extra strength. We offer either gloss or matt finish varnishes within the same range.
